据印度《经济时报》近日报道，联想集团印度公司董事总经理Shailendra Katyal 受访表示，联想在实现摩托罗拉智能手机 100% 本地生产后，已开始准备在印度生产几乎所有个人电脑型号，同时仍将继续每年扩大本地生产规模。
Katyal 称，联想的目标是本财年（24/25）在印度本地生产的智能手机和笔记本电脑数量超过 1200 万台，在2023/24财年 640 万台的基础上翻一番，并计划在下一财年（25-26）本地产量比本财年再增长40%。
联想目前在其位于印度普杜谢里的自有工厂生产笔记本电脑和台式机，该工厂还计划生产人工智能AI服务器，而代工厂商Dixon Technologies则生产摩托罗拉智能手机、平板电脑和笔记本电脑等产品。
Dixon Technologies 董事总经理 Atul Lall 最近告诉分析师，该公司目前每月生产 100 万台摩托罗拉智能手机，其中包括部分发往北美市场的出口订单。他还表示，Dixon 将于12 月开始在其诺伊达工厂开始生产联想笔记本电脑。
根据最新的RoC监管文件，联想印度2023/24 财年销售额同比下降 14% 至 1084.7 亿卢比，净利润下降 3% 至10亿万卢比。不过，Katyal表示，公司本财年已经扭转了业务局面。
“本财年 4 月至9月，我们的业务增长了 77%。摩托罗拉在 2024 财年和本财年上半年的业务价值和销量均翻了一番。在智能手机领域，增长主要来自售价超过2万卢比的产品，因此我们的价值增长高于销量增长，”Katyal表示。
上一财年，包括智能手机业务在内，联想集团的销售额达到1709亿卢比。联想是印度三大电脑品牌之一，而摩托罗拉尚未进入由小米、三星、OPPO、vivo 和Realme 主导的智能手机TOP5榜单。
