据国际数据公司（IDC）最新报告，2024 年中国折叠屏手机出货量约 917 万台，同比增长 30.8%。预计 2025 年折叠屏手机将进入“小年”，更多厂商持观望态度，将更加保守。
2024 年第四季度，中国折叠屏手机出货量达到 250 万台，在连续 9 个季度的高速增长之后，首次同比下降 9.6%。IDC 分析称，虽然在轻薄、续航、影像、折痕等方面不断进步，但价格、质量、内部空间等先天劣势，使得折叠屏手机在使用场景和消费人群上已经难有更大突破和吸引力。
从厂商表现来看，华为市场份额 48.6%，荣耀市场份额 20.6%，vivo 市场份额 11.1%，小米市场份额 7.4%，OPPO 市场份额 5.3%。
