据越媒报道，2月3日，北宁省委书记Nguyen Anh Tuan到南山-合灵（Nam Son - Hap Linh）工业区视察，与歌尔集团共迎新年，商讨2024年生产经营情况及2025年生产计划。
苹果供应商歌尔于 2013 年正式在越南北宁投资，首先在桂武工业园区成立了歌尔越南有限公司。

目前，歌尔已在北宁省工业园区投资4个项目，总注册投资额超过13亿美元。其中包括桂武工业园区2个项目（总注册投资资本6.25亿美元）和南山-合灵工业园区2个项目（总注册投资资本6.90亿美元）。集团项目重点制造多媒体通讯设备、无人机（UAV）等。
会上，歌尔领导表示，2025年，歌尔计划投资新项目，并将大批外国专家和新的技术设备带到越南，并计划将其越南员工人数增加到 60,000 人。
为扩大生产投资，歌尔希望北宁省领导创造有利条件，加速扩大南山-合灵工业区25公顷土地，以实施新项目。同时，创造条件为外国人发放工作许可，以便公司引进专家支持项目实施。
此外，歌尔还建议加快TL278路线建设进度，以方便生产经营活动和工人出行。
据南山-合灵工业园区投资方京北市表示，工业园区已完成 306.4 公顷土地中的 220 公顷土地的场地清理工作。目前，该园区正在努力完成三块 25 公顷农用地和一块 1.2 公顷国防用地的场地清理工作。
场地清理将有助于省政府在 2025 年第一季度为歌尔批准另一份投资登记证书，并为歌尔在 2025 年第二季度开始建设提供便利。
