2月13日,OPPO 在其全新启用的滨海湾园区举行了“天穹架构技术沟通会”,全新一代OPPO旗舰大折叠——OPPO Find N5正式亮相,以折叠态最薄8.93mm的机身厚度,打破了行业纪录,引领折叠屏旗舰进入8毫米时代。
OPPO Find N5的极致轻薄得益于全新的天穹架构与钛合金天穹铰链。OPPO全新一代天穹架构在结构创新、材料应用等方面进行了全面升级,集成航空合金铝机身中框、晶盾超瓷晶玻璃外屏、超薄天穹纤维后盖,平衡了轻薄与强度矛盾,提升了整机抗摔抗压性能。
钛合金天穹铰链的核心组件铰链翼板及外转轴中框行业首次使用3D打印钛合金,使得铰链在实现超薄与小型化的同时,整体强度也有了极大提升,铰链整体刚性提升36%,强度提升120%,核心组件抗冲击能力提升100%,为Find N5带来了行业迄今为止最薄、最可靠且最平整的折叠体验。
为实现铰链核心组件翼板的极致轻薄与超高强度,OPPO与3D打印行业龙头企业铂力特合作,历时一年成功量产全球最薄的钛合金结构件(薄至0.15mm),刷新了3D打印钛合金商用产品的最薄尺度纪录的同时,也为金属增材制造行业面向消费电子产品领域的需求建立了一整套工艺标准和技术规范。
在折痕控制方面,Find N5引入“理想圆”理念,通过模拟水滴自然落下的姿态和轮廓,优化屏轴闭合过渡曲率,使得内屏展开时折痕更加平整,相比前代产品折痕宽度缩窄10%、深度减少30%,并率先通过德国莱茵TÜV无感折痕认证。
在防水方面,Find N5通过IPX6、IPX8和IPX9三重防水认证,成为行业首款实现满级防水的折叠屏旗舰手机。OPPO创新性地采用“背胶+点胶”的灵活组合方案,在关键部位构筑起多道防线,防止水汽侵入。
除了上述机身架构、铰链及防水设计外,OPPO Find 系列产品负责人周意保还在微博中介绍了 Find N5 在外观设计上的一些细节:
Find N5 拥有缎黑、玉白、暮紫三种配色,其中,玉白配色的玻纤材质后盖采用光学镀工艺,打造雪山层层重叠的光影效果,缎黑配色后盖重新设计晶体纱效,手感丝滑且不沾指纹,暮紫配色后盖则为素皮材质,尽显商务气质;相机模组采用火山口设计,铝合金+钛合金材质;中框与外轴盖采用微纳米拉丝工艺,中框还加入弧光腰线设计,光哑同体设计,质感高级;Type-C 口进行加强筋处理,满足100 万次插拔测试要求;新机采用外侧圆角边框设计、内侧小圆角设计,提升左手握持手感。
